BLEAD AB is the data controller for the personal data you provide as part of your application.
We collect and process your personal data, such as your name, contact details, CV, cover letter, references, and interview documentation, for the purpose of assessing your qualifications, managing the recruitment process, and making informed hiring decisions. This also applies for our recruitment events.
Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6.1(f) GDPR) which allows us to evaluate and select candidates for employment as well as to maintain efficient recruitment procedures. If your application leads to an offer of employment, additional processing may be based on the necessity to take steps prior to entering into an employment contract (Article 6.1(b) GDPR).
Use of Recruitment Platform (Hirefly)
We manage our recruitment process using the platform Hirefly, which processes applicant data on behalf of BLEAD in accordance with applicable data protection laws. BLEAD remains the data controller, and Hirefly acts as a data processor.

Data Retention
We retain applicant data for up to 2 years after the end of the recruitment process to manage and respond to future hiring needs or legal obligations. If required by law we may retain data for a longer period.
Your Rights
As an applicant you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY)
